OKDrive.pl is a completely free online platform. We do not charge any fees for using our Service, and there are no premium tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. All features — including access to the full question database, timed mock exams, progress tracking, and multi-language support — are available to every user at no cost.
No Payments, No Refunds
Since OKDrive.pl does not accept any payments, there are no refunds to process. You will never be asked to provide payment information, credit card details, or any form of financial data to use our platform.
Third-Party Services
OKDrive.pl is not affiliated with WORD (Wojewódzki Ośrodek Ruchu Drogowego) or any official driving exam center. Any fees you pay for the actual driving theory exam at a WORD center are paid directly to that government institution and are not associated with our Service. We have no control over and cannot process refunds for exam fees paid to WORD centers.
Future Changes
If we ever introduce paid features or services in the future, we will update this Refund Policy with clear terms before any paid options become available. Any paid features would be clearly distinguished from free features, and you would never be charged without your explicit consent.
Account Deletion
Since our Service is free, you can delete your account at any time from your Settings page without any financial obligations. Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data and progress.
